Before Rita became the coach women fly across the world to work with, she was an award-winning elementary school teacher and a professor of sales, marketing, and public speaking in New York City. She was featured in The Hangover. She was chosen out of thousands to MC on Vans Warped Tour. She has never done anything halfway.
In 2010, a documentary called Food Matters changed everything. Rita began honoring her vessel — and discovered that unprocessed emotion becomes stored in the body as weight, pain, and disease. That discovery became the RITAFINE Method — not a healing modality, but a translation system that teaches women to read and respond to the language their body is speaking.

"A few years ago I went through an extremely traumatic event in my life. It blindsided me, shattered me, destroyed me, and brought me to my knees. I had never experienced that much pain before. It was debilitating.
Since then, I had been on a path of self destruction, developed PTSD, anxiety and high functioning depression. I was barely surviving. Drowning, triggered. I isolated, had ruminating thoughts, I was broken, and was trapped in my own prison... my mind. I carried so much emotional and physical weight with me.
