Hi Rita! I was sooooo depressed yesterday. Like deep deep in my pain and heartache and I didn't feel like going to the masterclass but I KNEW I had to and I'm so glad I did. I feel lit this morning!!!! I realize everything is a choice and I'm choosing ME and choosing to focus on the present, the now, being alive, instead of what I did in the past or what I lost.
